Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Grant Application
The City of Chicago enthusiastically submits an application to the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure program to install publically accessible car chargers.This program will increase equitable access to electric vehicles and e-mobility options in Chicago through community engagement, outreach, technical assistance, strategic transportation decarbonization planning, and workforce training with underserved communities. Then, the Charge Up Chicago Program will invest in community developed and owned charging stations in addition to City owned stations to fill the gaps in existing infrastructure.
